Occasionally, our compliance office may request additional documents via e-mail. This may be the case if your originally submitted identity or address documents prove insufficient to positively confirm your identity and/or location. The compliance team will also request high quality scans via e-mail if any illegible documents were submitted.
Please reply to the compliance request email with any additional documents - this may include:
- source of funds
- better quality scans
- full scans of documents if only partial scans have been provided
- an alternative, valid proof of identity or address
- a selfie with your passport or ID card
Verification of your account will only be continued once we have receive the requested documents.
