Occasionally, our compliance office may request additional documents via e-mail. This may be the case if your originally submitted identity or address documents prove insufficient to positively confirm your identity and/or location. The compliance team will also request high quality scans via e-mail if any illegible documents were submitted.
Here is an example of email you might receive:
Additional documents may include:
- source of funds
- better quality scans
- full scans of documents if only partial scans have been provided
- an alternative, valid proof of identity or address
- a selfie with your passport or ID card
Please upload requested additional documents via the 'Upload documents' button in Settings.
Verification of your account will only be continued once we have received the requested documents.
