The Reports menu allows you to create highly customizable and detailed reports on every transaction and operation you've conducted on the platform.
You can choose the type of report you need right from the beginning. There are 7 report options beside the default Report: Order history, Order fills, Internal Transactions, External Transactions, Commissions, Success fees, Referral earnings. You can click on any of them to get a detailed report on the subject or use the Report to see the most recent information (limit for a general report is 200 rows) for all of them.
Please note that only Order history, Order fills, Internal Transactions and Commissions are enabled at the moment. More options will be enabled during beta testing period.
The Default report is highly customizable. We've created an interface that allows you to choose the content of the report as well as the time period. If you need to see your allocations, but have no need for commissions, you just check off the Allocation box and leave the Commissions box empty.
Once you've chosen what you want to see and for what time period, the report will be available right on the page. Please note that you can also choose to print it right away, but we recommend looking through it first.
If you check off all of the boxes for your report, your report will start with the Summary.
Summary shows you your wallet balance, portfolio value, return and PnL in BTC and USD.
Performance, also known as Portfolio Results, is a chart that looks like a chart from Dashboard: it depicts your Performance, but it is better tailored to your needs in Reports, as you can choose the time period for it.
Allocation and Portfolio look the same as they do in the Dashboard menu, but results are shown for the requested period instead of the current one.
Internal Transaction details all your internal transaction for the chosen period. It will provide information about the type of transaction, its status (with date), the asset that was transferred and the amount of it, you will also see the address of transaction and transaction ID.
The Commissions module allows you to see the report for all you commissions, detailing how much you've spent on fees per every order you've made.
P/L breakdown module details your P/L results.
That was a rundown of general report. As mentioned at the beginning, you can select separate reports. The first one is Order History.
This report allows you to see all of your orders for the chosen period, regardless of their type and status, though you can customize this report to show orders of the particular type or status if you need. Please note that you can see order fills of any order by pressing 'plus' sign next to the ID.
Next report is Order Fills.
This report contains all the information on every order fill. You can see what pair was filled, the type of order, the price and amount, the fee and the total, as well as the date of the fill.
The Internal Transactions report is the same report that can be generated via general Report, but while Report is limited to 200 rows, there is no limits in this separate report, so if you need a detailed history of all your internal transactions that might have more than 200 rows, we advise to generate it via the Internal Transactions report.
