We have a wonderful active community in Telegram, and our admins are very careful about preventing all types of fraud. But Telegram scammers often act outside official groups, plus it's always better to be safe than sorry.
Remember that we will never contact you to ask you for your password, 2FA code or any other sensitive information that could lead to security risks. Our support agents and official representatives will never contact you first. If someone gets in touch with you and says that they are our representative, please contact us right away. You can contact our Support team on the platform or send a private message to our admins.
Please note that some scammers create fake accounts with the company's logo to make their messages look like marketing promotions or giveaways and other reward campaigns. They sometimes directly ask you for money or wallet details, but sometimes they may try to ask around first. Report these people as soon as possible and avoid any further communication with them.
Please always be careful with information you provide in the group and in private to anyone you don’t know personally (and even if you do, we would not advise you to share any security-sensitive information with anyone).
