Verification may fail for several reasons:
- You haven’t uploaded all necessary documents
- The address you provided is different from the address specified in your ID or supporting document
- The utility bill or bank statement that you provided for address verification were issued more than 3 months ago
- A note in the selfie partially covers your face or ID
- Your face or ID in the selfie aren’t fully visible
- Documents and note aren’t legible
- You used non-Latin characters in your personal details.
If the verification procedure is unsuccessful, we will send a notification to your email.
